L-Gante presents album written in prison

Argentine rapper L-Gante (Elián Valenzuela) presented his new album 'Celda 4' ('Cell 4'), which he wrote during his time in prison. He stated that this experience helped him to re-evaluate the value of freedom. In an interview on the show 'Otro día perdido', he revealed that he was incarcerated for about a hundred days. 'You start to see things with more value because they took my freedom away for a certain time, and you realize how valuable it is to have your time, your freedom, the power to see the people you want when you want. That is priceless,' he shared. L-Gante also claimed that his detention was unlawful. He confessed that on the 70th or 80th day, he asked his producer to scrap the song because he thought he was getting out, but ultimately decided to finish the album. 'Being in prison was a process, but it was also a time of greater focus because I said, 'I don't want to spend much time here, but I don't want it to be wasted time',' he explained.
